Welcome to the Get Right Promotions vendor family!

We really appreciate your interest in joining our event! This event is being built with love and respect for all involved, and we ask only that you bring the same! We can’t wait to see what you have to offer! The way we are doing vending this year has changed, so please read carefully and follow all directions. The Iriesun Reggae Festival will be Saturday, September 14, 2019.

Vendors will have access to the site on Friday evening, Sept. 13th 2019 if you wish to set up early.

All vendors must be set up by 10:00 a.m. on day of Sept. 14th, 2019.

VENDOR APPLICATION

I agree to the following Vendor Guidelines:

To provide my own liability insurance and compliance with any and all requirements of State of South Carolina and Horry County.

Any scale I use for determining price will display a current legal inspection sticker.

To display all products in a clean and safe manner.

I am responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.

That my tent is 10X10 and if I wish a bigger space, I will need to pay for an additional space.

That I will be the only vendor in my space

That the spaces are assigned by the Festival Organizers only.

That all applicable fees need to be paid in advance to secure space...no saveses.

That I will be issued 4 Iriesun Festival Vendor Passes

That I will be open during the hours of 11am - 11pm on Saturday, Sept. 14th, 2019 and that Iriesun Reggae Festival reserves the right to revoke your passes if your space is found inactive for long periods of time.
